Abstract | The invention discloses a calibration device for a stress ring pressure balance test. The calibration device comprises a calibration device capable of simulating a pressure calibration process of a stress ring in an environment with lubricating oil at a certain temperature. Taking the condition that aviation lubricating oil completely immerses the stress ring as a standard, placing a thermometer, and connecting the electric furnace with a temperature controller; a strain gauge lead on the stress ring is connected with a data acquisition device, corresponding parameters are set, a temperature controller is turned on, the temperature is set as the actual temperature of the stress ring in the engine under the actual working condition, and loading is carried out in multiple steps according to the designed maximum load of the stress ring. The problem that the pressure calibration process of a stress ring in a lubricating oil environment with a certain temperature cannot be simulated is solved.
