Abstract | The invention provides a curved-surface polymer precursor ceramic film temperature sensor and a preparation method thereof. The sensor comprises a ceramic curved-surface substrate, ceramic welding spots, a high-temperature wire and a ceramic film. The preparation method comprises the following steps: processing a polyimide template by adopting a carbon dioxide laser, then attaching the polyimide template to a curved surface by utilizing the flexibility of polyimide, coating polymer precursor slurry on the template, blade-coating the slurry by adopting a polyimide film, so that meshes of the template are filled with the slurry, redundant slurry is scraped off, and the template is removed; and required patterns are left on the curved surface. And heating the curved-surface substrate printed with the polymer precursor ceramic slurry in a tubular furnace to obtain a curved-surface front precursor ceramic film, and then preparing lead connection to obtain the curved-surface polymer precursor ceramic film temperatu |
