Abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of oversized high-temperature-resistant concentrated sulfuric acid austenitic stainless steel, and belongs to the technical field of austenitic stainless steel. The method comprises the following steps of burdening, oxygen blowing decarburization, reduction, tapping, ladle refining, casting, cogging, hot rolling and solid solution. Wherein in the casting step, a steel ingot is a conical square ingot, the side length of the large end of the steel ingot ranges from 600 mm to 700 mm, and the side length of the small end of the steel ingot ranges from 500 mm to 600 mm; in the cogging step, the heating number is divided into three times of heating, steel ingot upsetting is conducted in the first time, a plate blank is transversely broadened in the second time, the width reaches 1450 mm, the plate blank is longitudinally drawn out in the third time, and the final size of the steel blank is larger than 1500 mm in width, larger than 180 mm in thickness and larger than 220 |
