Abstract | The invention relates to the application field of industries such as tires and rubber products, in particular to a method for testing an anti-aging agent 3100 in rubber by high performance liquid chromatography. High performance liquid chromatography conditions adopted by the method are as follows: a mobile phase is methanol/aqueous solution with a ratio of 75/25, water contains 0.1 g/L-0. 8g/L sodium acetate, the column temperature is 40 DEG C, an ultraviolet detector is adopted for liquid chromatography, the detection wavelength is 290 nm, a chromatographic column is a C18 rapid column, and the flow velocity is 0.1-0.4 ml/min. The method is simple, convenient, rapid, accurate and reliable, realizes rapid determination of the content of the anti-aging agent 3100 in the rubber, and provides effective technical support for ensuring the quality of rubber products. Through research and development of the method, a more convenient and rapid means can be provided for production and detection of the rubber products |
