Abstract The invention provides an under-pressure bin opening method suitable for a deeply-buried water-rich soft stratum through a bin filling method. The under-pressure bin opening method comprises the following steps that double-liquid slurry is injected into a fifth-ring segment, a sixth-ring segment and a seventh-ring segment to seal rings; mortar is mixed, and the storage equipment is filled with the mortar; the shield tunneling machine is propelled forwards; pressure-maintaining gas is adjusted upwards, slag is discharged through a screw conveyor, and water is discharged through a soil bin wall ball valve; bentonite is injected into a radial hole of the anterior shield, and water glass is synchronously injected through a three-way ball valve; a phosphoric acid solution and a water glass solution are injected into a grouting hole of the inverted three-ring segment and a radial hole of a shield tail; the interior of the soil bin is continuously grouted, when the upper soil pressure is close to the preset pressure
