Abstract | The invention discloses a method and system for determining recessive carbon emission of a photovoltaic power generation unit, and belongs to the technical field of carbon emission metering. The method comprises the following steps: determining material structure and circuit structure data of a photovoltaic module in a photovoltaic unit, and establishing an internal energy loss calculation model of the photovoltaic module based on the material structure and circuit structure data; calculating internal optical loss and internal heat loss of the photovoltaic module based on the internal energy loss calculation model; and taking the internal optical loss and the internal thermal loss as the total energy loss of the photovoltaic module, converting the total energy loss into the hidden carbon emission of the photovoltaic module based on a combined marginal emission factor, and determining the hidden carbon emission of the photovoltaic unit through the hidden carbon emission of the photovoltaic module.
