The nano amphiphobic surfactant is prepared by the following steps: by taking poly (neopentyl glycol adipate)-1, 6-hexanediol glycol and an alkyl-terminated polysiloxane linear body as main agents, pre-polymerizing the main agents with diisocyanate, reacting the obtained prepolymer with N-butyl diethanol amine and methyl pyrrolidone for chain extension, and then reacting with a silane coupling agent to realize end capping, thereby obtaining the nano amphiphobic surfactant.
