Abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of organic photoelectric materials, in particular to a boron-nitrogen compound and application thereof. According to the invention, a group containing high triphenyl silicon steric hindrance is introduced, so that the plane configuration is distorted, and R1-R7 groups are introduced to further expand the distance between molecules, so that the adverse effect of the concentration quenching effect on the efficiency is weakened. When the boron-nitrogen compound disclosed by the invention is used as a luminescent material in an OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) device, especially as a blue light doping material, the device can show excellent performance and stability.
