Abstract The invention relates to the technical field of organic photoelectric materials, in particular to a boron-nitrogen compound and application thereof. According to the invention, a group containing high triphenyl silicon steric hindrance is introduced, so that the plane configuration is distorted, and R1-R7 groups are introduced to further expand the distance between molecules, so that the adverse effect of the concentration quenching effect on the efficiency is weakened. When the boron-nitrogen compound disclosed by the invention is used as a luminescent material in an OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) device, especially as a blue light doping material, the device can show excellent performance and stability. 本发明涉及有机光电材料技术领域,具体涉及一种硼氮化合物及其应用。本发明通过引入含有三苯基硅位阻大的基团,使其平面构型扭曲,引进R1-R7基团进一步拉开分子间的距离,从而减弱浓度猝灭效应对效率的不良影响。将本发明的硼氮化合物作为OLED器件中的发光材料时,尤其是作为蓝光掺杂材料使用,可以使得器件表现出优异的性能和稳定性。
