The isocyanate compound contains at least one selected from the group consisting of toluene diisocynate, diphenylmethane diisocyanate, xylylene diisocyanate and derivatives thereof, the content of the resin in the resin layer is 50-90 wt%, and the content of the isocyanate compound in the resin layer is 10-50 wt%.
