Abstract | The invention provides a method for extracting quinoa bran saponin by using deep-eutectic solvents, which comprises the following steps: preparing 42 deep-eutectic solvents by using a heating and stirring method, screening out an optimal deep-eutectic solvent by using a vanillin-glacial acetic acid-perchloric acid colorimetric method and a high performance liquid chromatography method, and extracting quinoa bran saponin by using the optimal deep-eutectic solvent as an extraction solvent. Optimal extraction conditions are screened out through an optimization test and a Design-Expert13 design response surface test, and quinoa bran saponin and the deep-eutectic solvent are separated and recycled through a solid-phase extraction method; compared with the existing extraction method, the method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple extraction process, cheap and easily available extraction solvent, mild extraction condition, high saponin extraction rate, obviously higher extraction rate than that of |
