Summary: | The invention provides a method for extracting quinoa bran saponin by using deep-eutectic solvents, which comprises the following steps: preparing 42 deep-eutectic solvents by using a heating and stirring method, screening out an optimal deep-eutectic solvent by using a vanillin-glacial acetic acid-perchloric acid colorimetric method and a high performance liquid chromatography method, and extracting quinoa bran saponin by using the optimal deep-eutectic solvent as an extraction solvent.
