Abstract The invention discloses a karst area engineering construction underground water diversion structure design method and system. The design method comprises the following steps that karst distribution and morphological characteristics of a certain section of a karst area are obtained, karst development degrees are graded, sectional areas corresponding to areas with different karst development degrees are obtained, and an equivalent permeability coefficient is calculated; calculating the underground water flow passing through the section according to the equivalent permeability coefficient; flow guide design parameters corresponding to different flow guide structure schemes are calculated according to the underground water flow; and automatically generating a diversion structure design drawing according to the obtained diversion design parameters.
