Abstract | The invention discloses a grounding wire crimping detection system and a detection method thereof, and relates to the technical field of electric power detection. According to the detection system, the ground wire crimping device and the ground wire detection device are connected and controlled through the main control unit, and the ground wire crimping device performs crimping operation on a ground wire; the ground wire detection device scans a ground wire through a laser detection module to obtain imaging image data; and a detection operation module contained in the main control unit analyzes the characteristics of the imaging image data, establishes a rotating body object model for classification, marking and identification, and outputs a detection result.
