Abstract | The invention discloses Pristia aryabhattai H2 and an application of the Pristia aryabhattai H2. The preservation number of the strain H2 is CCTCC NO: M2023825, and the strain not only has relatively strong exopolysaccharide production capability, but also can produce indoleacetic acid (IAA) and siderophores, has the function of dissolving phosphate, can tolerate the salt concentration of 7%, can normally grow when the pH value is 5.0-9.0, and is not inhibited. When the strain H2 is applied to the salinized soil, the improvement of the stability of soil aggregates can be promoted, the water-stable structure of the soil aggregates can be further stabilized, and soil pores are enlarged; meanwhile, the strain H2 has the function of promoting plant growth. The invention has important significance in improvement of saline-alkali soil, restoration of farmland ecological environment, promotion of plant growth and the like.
