Abstract | The invention relates to a hydrogen fuel cell stack and an engine, the hydrogen fuel cell stack comprises a plurality of single fuel cells, a dynamic adjustment module and a second end plate, the plurality of single fuel cells are arranged between the dynamic adjustment module and the second end plate, and the dynamic adjustment module and the second end plate are connected through a connection module; wherein the dynamic adjusting module comprises a first end plate and a movable plate, the movable plate is arranged in the first end plate, a cavity is formed in the side, close to the first end plate, of the movable plate, an air inlet used for being connected with high-pressure gas is formed in the first end plate, and a first pressure reducing valve is connected between the high-pressure gas and the air inlet.
