The invention discloses an intelligent steel plate cutting and feeding machine which comprises a base, a feeding mechanism, a cutting mechanism, a waste discharging mechanism, a feeding mechanism and a visual mechanism. The feeding mechanism is movably mounted on one side of the top of the base; cutting and fixedly connecting to the other side of the top of the base; the waste discharging mechanism is fixedly mounted on one side of the cutting mechanism; the feeding mechanism is connected to one side of the base. Steel plate blanks are conveyed to the cutting mechanism through the feeding mechanism, the stacked steel plate blanks can be picked up when the feeding mechanism conducts feeding, and in the process, the visual mechanism can transmit position information of the steel plate blanks, position information of cutting pieces and appearance information of waste materials to the controller; in the process, no manpower is needed to participate in operation, so that the manpower is saved, and the safety is im
