Abstract Systems and methods for generating and using digital twins in hydrocarbon systems. Systems and methods may perform the following: (1) performing a plurality of simulations in a super-dimensional space to generate an output; (2) using the plurality of simulated outputs to generate one or more reduced order models (ROMs) using regression or machine learning techniques; (3) generating a digital twin of the hydrocarbon system by instantiating the one or more ROMs at an operating point of the hydrocarbon system, and configuring the digital twin to use real-time data obtained from the hydrocarbon system; and (4) estimating values of one or more variables of the hydrocarbon system in real-time using digital twinning. 在碳氢化合物系统中生成并使用数字孪生的系统和方法。系统和方法可以执行以下操作:(1)在超维空间中执行多个模拟以生成输出;(2)利用回归技术或机器学习技术,使用多个模拟的输出以生成一个或更多个降阶模型(ROM);(3)通过在碳氢化合物系统的操作点处实例化一个或更多个ROM来生成碳氢化合物系统的数字孪生,并且将数字孪生配置成使用从碳氢化合物系统获得的实时数据;以及(4)使用数字孪生实时地估计碳氢化合物系统的一个或更多个变量的值。
