Abstract The invention relates to the technical field of biological inspection and detection, and particularly discloses a rapid SPR (Surface Plasmon Resonance) detection system which comprises a biological sensing chip for SPR detection and a metal film for bearing a to-be-detected substance, a light-transmitting medium-metal film interface for SPR detection is established between the metal film and a light-transmitting medium, the metal film is a metal film in an electrode array form, and the light-transmitting medium-metal film interface is used for detecting the to-be-detected substance. And the electrode array is connected to an alternating current signal source.
