Abstract | Relates to the technical field of aluminum ash harmless treatment, and discloses a method for efficiently and harmlessly treating aluminum ash, which comprises the following steps: S1, crushing an alkaline absorbent and activated carbon into powder blocks of 8-10mm, mixing the alkaline absorbent and the activated carbon, and grinding in a ball mill to obtain a mixture; s2, putting the mixture subjected to ball milling in the step S5 into a rotary kiln through a stock bin, calcining, carrying out heat treatment in a direct heating manner, and controlling the temperature at 800-1300 DEG C; calcium hydroxide, calcium oxide and calcium carbonate are compounded, so that the fluorine gas treatment effect is better, meanwhile, the treatment effect on toxic and corrosive gases is enhanced, the adsorption effect on the toxic and corrosive gases can be further improved by adding activated carbon, the pores of the activated carbon can be increased through ball milling of the activated carbon, and the adsorption effect o |
