Abstract | The embodiment of the invention discloses a Beidou-based hydrological emergency communication method and device, and a medium. Comprising the following steps: an intelligent gateway side encrypts and encodes obtained state parameters of each device, and sends the encrypted and encoded state data of the device to a cloud server side through a Beidou device group; the cloud server side decrypts the received equipment state data so as to analyze each equipment state; when the cloud server side determines that each device is in a normal state, the cloud server side generates an interrogation message and sends the interrogation message to the intelligent gateway side through the Beidou device group; the intelligent gateway side generates a data list based on the interrogation message, and obtains hydrological monitoring target data based on the data list; and the intelligent gateway side encrypts and encodes the hydrological monitoring target data, and sends the encrypted and encoded hydrological monitoring target |
