Abstract | According to the hysteresis monitoring device and method for remotely controlling the client, a timestamp modulation code I can represent a time point when a picture interface of a liquid crystal screen of the client displayed on a liquid crystal screen of a monitoring terminal is displayed on a picture of the liquid crystal screen of the client; the second timestamp modulation code can represent a time point when the liquid crystal screen of the monitoring terminal displays the picture interface of the liquid crystal screen of the client, so that the liquid crystal screen of the monitoring terminal synchronously executes interception on the first timestamp modulation code and the second timestamp modulation code, demodulation analysis is executed on the first intercepted picture, and the second intercepted picture is obtained.
