Abstract | The method comprises the following steps of (1) nursery stock cultivation, (2) afforestation land selection and cleaning, (3) sand barrier laying, (4) integral planting, (5) proper afforestation, (6) watering and film covering, (7) cage sleeving protection, (8) deep sand blocking and (9) tending management. According to the method, the water retention capacity of the nursery stock soil matrix can be greatly improved, so that the afforestation survival rate is remarkably increased, and meanwhile, the growth vigor of the nursery stocks is guaranteed. Effective technical support is provided for seedling raising, afforestation and greening of the wind erosion desertification land, and the method has important significance on ecological restoration of the areas.
