The invention belongs to the technical field of air circulation windows, through a double-layer fan blade structure, in a venturi-tube-shaped ventilation pipeline, under the condition of the Bernoulli's law, the flow speed of air penetrating through the air circulation window is increased through the pipeline, ventilation acceleration is conducted in cooperation with two sets of fan blades with different radiuses, and the ventilation efficiency is improved. The design requirement that indoor and outdoor air is replaced at a high speed through the air circulation window is met, the contact area of the fan and aerosol is increased, the disinfectant spraying structure with the centrifugal atomization effect is matched, the contact area
