Abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of polymer coatings, in particular to the field of IPC C08L79, and more particularly relates to a self-lubricating organic-inorganic coating material as well as a preparation method and a use method thereof, and the self-lubricating organic-inorganic coating material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70-130 parts of a high-temperature-resistant polymer, 5-30 parts of inorganic reinforced fibers, 0.5-4 parts of a carbon-based nano material and 20-50 parts of a solvent. The weight ratio of the inorganic reinforced fiber to the carbon-based nano material is (4-8): 1, so that the wear resistance of the coating can be effectively improved; the carbon-based nano material comprises graphene, and the inorganic reinforced fiber comprises ceramic fiber, so that the high-temperature wear resistance of the coating can be further improved, and meanwhile, the service life of the coating is prolonged; and the graphene with the layer number of 3-8 and the shee |
