Comprising a condenser; a cooling tower; the circulating water heat exchanger is connected with a water outlet main pipe of the condenser; the chemical water tank is connected with the circulating water heat exchanger, a chemical water circulating pump is arranged between a water outlet of the chemical water tank and a water inlet of the circulating water heat exchanger, and the chemical water circulating pump is used for conveying water in the chemical water tank to the circulating water heat exchanger; the detection unit is used for detecting the water temperature of the water outlet of the chemical pool in real time; and the control unit is used for controlling the amount of water conveyed by the chemical water circulating pump to the circulating water heat exchanger from the chemical water tank according to the water temperature of the water |
