Abstract | The invention provides bifidobacterium adolescentis and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of probiotics. The preservation number of the bifidobacterium adolescentis is CGMCC (China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center) No.25046, and the bifidobacterium adolescentis can tolerate a gastrointestinal fluid environment of a human body and has relatively good adhesion capability and oxidation resistance; and a plurality of oligosaccharides can be utilized, and can be colonized in intestinal tracts to play a long-acting role.
