Abstract | The invention discloses an application of nano plastic in induced establishment of an ear poisoning mouse model, belongs to the technical field of ear poisoning model establishment, and also records a method for establishing the ear poisoning mouse model, drinking water dissolved with the nano plastic is used for feeding a mouse, and the feeding time is 30-60 days. The invention studies the influence of the ototoxic substance nano-plastic on mouse ear poisoning, provides a theoretical model for further study of the influence of nano-plastic on ear poisoning, also provides an animal model for screening drugs for treating ear poisoning caused by nano-plastic, and at the same time, provides a new application of the nano-plastic in ear poisoning prevention and treatment of ear poisoning caused by nano-plastic. According to the invention, the drinking water dissolved with the nano plastic is directly used for feeding the mouse, so that the death caused by stress of the mouse is reduced compared with the modes of i |
