The invention discloses a display panel, a display device and a manufacturing method. According to one embodiment, the display panel comprises a plurality of pixel areas and further comprises a first electrode, a pixel defining layer, a light-emitting structure layer and a second electrode which are sequentially arranged on a substrate, the pixel defining layer defines the pixel areas, and the second electrode defines the light-emitting structure layer. Wherein the light-emitting structure layer comprises a charge generation layer and a passivation insulation layer arranged on the side, away from the substrate, of the charge generation layer, and the pixel defining layer comprises a partition structure arranged between adjacent pixel areas and used for partitioning crosstalk between the adjacent pixel areas.
