Abstract | Compared with a production line in the prior art, the rubber support profiling preforming production line and the production process provided by the invention have the advantages that a calender and a cooling device are omitted, and the applicant finds that a rubber sheet directly pressed by an open mill can also meet the requirements of a rubber support product. In the prior art, a film pressed by a calender can only be cut after being cooled, and a blade is used for cutting; a rubber base sheet pressed by the open mill is fed into the cutting platform to be cut within 10 minutes, the temperature of the rubber sheet can be kept at 40-65 DEG C, meanwhile, a digital vibration cutting device is used, a vibration cutter is used instead of a blade, and cooling cutting is not needed, so that a cooling device is omitted in the production line, the production cost is greatly reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
