According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the porous membrane material with asymmetric surface pores, internally communicated macropores and rich micropores can be prepared on the bacterial cellulose membrane in situ, and when the porous membrane material is used as a guided bone regeneration barrier membrane, soft tissue c
