Abstract The invention provides meal replacement powder which comprises high-resistance starch rice flour and black fungus powder, and the ratio of the high-resistance starch rice flour to the black fungus powder is (80-95%): (5-20%). Experiments prove that the meal replacement powder obtained by mixing the black fungus powder and the high-resistance starch rice flour significantly improves the problem of poor reconstituability of the high-resistance starch rice flour, and the taste is smoother; and the obtained meal replacement powder has better nutritional value and blood sugar reducing effect.
