Abstract | The invention provides an SOAR-based work order system automatic operation and maintenance method and apparatus, and a processing device, which are used for providing a set of more convenient work order system working architecture for an enterprise, so that for the enterprise using a work order system, a more adaptive work order operation and maintenance effect can be obtained, and the high efficiency demand of the enterprise can be met.
