本发明提供了一种低锰、镁磷酸铁的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:S1:制备磷盐溶液,以及将钛白副产硫酸亚铁与磷酸混合,制备铁盐溶液;S2:将磷盐溶液及铁盐溶液进行混合,以形成混合液,然后向混合液内加入氧化剂溶液,该氧化剂溶液的加入使得混合液内同时存在有二价铁离子及三价铁离子,以得到初级氧化混合液;S3:将初级氧化混合液升温至第二设定温度,并开始保温,在经过设定时间t后,在持续保温的同时,再次向初级氧化混合液内加入氧化剂溶液,以得到浆料;S4:对浆料进行过滤、洗涤、干燥及煅烧。有效地降低磷酸铁中的锰、镁含量,工艺简单,合成周期短。 The invention provides a preparat...
