Abstract The invention provides a preparation method of a photocatalyst for producing ethylene by reducing carbon dioxide. Bi2S3 is deposited on the surface of a CdS nanorod by adopting an ion exchange method to form a Bi2S3/CdS heterostructure composite material (BCS). By adjusting the molar ratio of Cd to Bi in the composite material, the performance of photocatalytic reduction of CO2 by the heterojunction material and the selectivity of the product are regulated and controlled. It is worth mentioning that the BCS catalyst exhibits an optimal C2H4 yield (about 3.49 [mu] mol h <-1 > g <-1 >). At present, a CdS photocatalyst is not reported in literatures to realize the product path, so that the research work provides a new strategy for photoreduction of CO2 into C2H4. 本发明提供了一种二氧化碳还原产乙烯的光催化剂的制备方法,采用离子交换法使Bi2S3沉积在CdS纳米棒表面形成Bi2S3/CdS异质结构复合材料(BCS)。通过调节复合材料中的Cd:Bi摩尔比,进而调控异质结材料光催化还原CO2的性能及产物的选择性。值得一提的是,BCS催化剂表现出最佳的C2H4产率(约3.49μmol h-1 g-1)。目前文献中尚无报道CdS光催化剂可实现这一产物路径,因而该研究工作为CO2光还原为C2H4提供了一个新策略。
