Abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of antibacterial drug preparation, in particular to self-assembled nanoparticles as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The self-assembled nanoparticle is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 0.17 to 0.24 percent of a natural active molecule composition; the natural active molecule composition comprises a natural active molecule A and a natural active molecule B; the natural active molecule A is one of eriodictyol, taxifolin and chalcone; the natural active molecule B is one of ursolic acid, pterostilbene and oleanolic acid. The self-assembled nanoparticles based on the natural active molecules not only can inhibit S.urea from invading host cells, but also can increase the intracellular concentration of natural drugs, so that the number of intracellular S.urea is reduced, and the treatment problem of intracellular S.urea is effectively solved; in addition, macrophages can be promoted to be polarized into an M2 phenotype, g |
