Abstract | The invention provides a characterization method for deformation characteristics of a TiN alloy, and relates to the technical field of titanium alloy material processing and preparation. According to the deformation damage constitutive equation suitable for the TiN alloy, the function relation is established through the damage variables and the strain, the stress-strain relation in the deformation process of the TiN alloy is represented through the damage variables, and the deformation characteristics of the TiN alloy can be reflected more truly; and the effective strain range and the fracture stress of the TiN alloy within a certain deformation condition range are predicted. The damage constitutive equation adopted by the method is superior to a traditional Zener-Hollomon parameter equation, and the deformation characteristics of the TiN alloy can be represented more accurately and specifically.
