Abstract According to the high-speed welding method for the titanium alloy of the special vehicle, laser-MIG hybrid welding of welding seams with different thicknesses and joint forms outside a titanium alloy vehicle body of the large special vehicle can be achieved, the structural quality is improved, the welding production efficiency is improved, and the problem that when the titanium alloy vehicle body of the large complex special vehicle with the plate thickness being 6-25 mm is welded through a common TIG welding method, the welding quality is poor is solved. The welding speed is low, and welding deformation and residual stress are large.
