Abstract | The invention relates to an immune checkpoint inhibitor conjugated with an ultrasonic sensitive agent, application of the immune checkpoint inhibitor and the like. The immune checkpoint inhibitor conjugate conjugated with an ultrasonic sensitive agent according to the present invention has tumor selectivity with respect to targeted therapy, and specifically responds to ultrasonic waves, and thus can be used to produce a drug for diagnosing and treating cancer. In particular, the conjugate of the present invention exhibits excellent solubility and stability in an aqueous solution, and provides an excellent anti-cancer effect compared to a simple immune checkpoint inhibitor, and thus is expected to be useful as a novel drug for the treatment of cancer.
