Abstract A wireless transmission ultrasonic flowmeter is characterized by comprising a fixing frame, a supporting column, a lifting mechanism, an installing block, an adjusting mechanism, a shell, an ultrasonic flowmeter body, a display screen and a heat dissipation mechanism, the supporting column is fixedly connected to the fixing frame, the lifting mechanism is installed in the supporting column, the top end of the lifting mechanism is connected with the shell through the installing block, and the adjusting mechanism is installed on the shell.
