Abstract | The invention discloses a pair of nucleic acid aptamers for specifically recognizing a soybean trypsin inhibiting factor, a kit for detecting the inhibiting factor and application of the nucleic acid aptamers. The nucleic acid aptamers for specifically recognizing the soybean trypsin inhibiting factor comprise a nucleic acid aptamer 1 of which the nucleotide sequence is SEQ ID NO. 1 and a nucleic acid aptamer 2 of which the nucleotide sequence is SEQ ID NO. 2. The kit for detecting the soybean trypsin inhibiting factor comprises a nanoparticle combined with the nucleic acid aptamer 1 and a pH indicator molecule, and a vessel modified with the nucleic acid aptamer 2.
