Abstract | The invention provides a heat-insulation and heat-preservation high polymer material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The heat-insulation and heat-preservation high polymer material is prepared from the following raw materials: an alcohol monomer, an acid monomer, a branched monomer, polymer polyol, etherified polyethylene glycol, isocyanate and a catalyst. A branched chain monomer is added to participate in a polymerization reaction, and a hydroxyl group is successfully introduced into the middle of a polyester chain segment, so that an etherified polyethylene glycol structure can be introduced into a side chain of polyester in a subsequent reaction, the obtained polyester material has relatively high enthalpy of phase change, and the heat storage and heat release capacities of the polyester material are improved.
本发明提供一种隔热保温高分子材料及其制备方法和应用,所述隔热保温高分子材料的制备原料包括醇类单体、酸类单体、支链化单体、聚合物多元醇、醚化聚乙二醇、异氰酸酯和催化剂;通过添加支链化单体参与聚合反应,成功在聚酯链段的中间引入了羟基,从而可以在后续反应中将醚化聚乙二醇结构引入聚酯的侧链,使得到的聚酯材料具有较高的相变焓,提高了其储热和放热能力。 |
