Abstract The invention discloses a variable cross-section modularized frame front beam structure and a frame of an extra-heavy vehicle, the frame front beam structure adopts an n-shaped variable cross-section structure with the front end of a front beam widened and the rear end of the front beam consistent with the width of a longitudinal beam of the frame, so that an engine radiator can be placed on the inner side of the frame and can be maintained and replaced from the lower part of the frame; and the maintainability of the vehicle is improved. And the radiator can be directly connected with an engine fan, so that a radiating pipeline and a radiating control system are simplified, and the production cost is reduced.
