Abstract The invention discloses circRNA (Ribonucleic Acid) separated from a plasma exosome, and application of the circRNA as a diagnostic marker in a gastric cancer diagnostic kit. The expression level of the circRNA provided by the invention is highly related to the early development of the gastric cancer, and the circRNA can be used as a biomarker for early diagnosis of the gastric cancer and has the prospect of becoming a new therapeutic target and an effective prognostic marker for the gastric cancer. 本发明公开了一种分离于血浆外泌体的circRNA,所述circRNA作为胃癌诊断试剂盒中诊断标志物的应用。本发明提供的circRNA的表达水平与胃癌早期的发展高度相关,所述circRNA可作为早期胃癌诊断的生物标志物,具有成为胃癌新的治疗靶点和有效的预后标志物的前景。
