Abstract | The invention discloses circRNA (Ribonucleic Acid) separated from a plasma exosome, and application of the circRNA as a diagnostic marker in a gastric cancer diagnostic kit. The expression level of the circRNA provided by the invention is highly related to the early development of the gastric cancer, and the circRNA can be used as a biomarker for early diagnosis of the gastric cancer and has the prospect of becoming a new therapeutic target and an effective prognostic marker for the gastric cancer.
