Abstract According to the vehicle fuel-saving control system and method based on the vehicle speed and the instantaneous fuel consumption, an intelligent fuel-saving control system composed of a microcontroller and a peripheral circuit is included, and the intelligent fuel-saving controller communicates with a trip computer ECU through a CAN bus so as to obtain vehicle speed and fuel consumption data of a vehicle; the signal input end of the intelligent fuel-saving controller is connected with the signal output end of an accelerator pedal and the signal output end of a brake pedal so as to obtain an accelerator pedal control voltage signal and a brake signal of a vehicle.
