Abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of humanized antibodies, and particularly relates to an anti-neocoronavirus S protein humanized antibody and application thereof. A complementarity determining region of the humanized antibody for resisting the new coronavirus S protein is derived from a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody 1H1, and a framework region of the humanized antibody is derived from a human antibody; the amino acid sequences of the light chain framework region 1, the light chain framework region 2, the light chain framework region 3 and the light chain framework region 4 are respectively as shown in SEQ ID NO: 11-14; the amino acid sequences of the heavy chain framework region 1, the heavy chain framework region 2, the heavy chain framework region 3 and the heavy chain framework region 4 are respectively as shown in SEQ ID NO: 15-18.
