Abstract The invention relates to an intelligent magnetic control arc system based on a programmable dot matrix magnetic field. The invention discloses an intelligent magnetic control arc system based on a programmable dot matrix magnetic field in order to solve the problem that in the arc welding process, the arc form and the motion trail cannot be accurately controlled. According to the system, an excitation current waveform control method based on fusion feedback of an arc signal and a real-time excitation current signal is used for controlling an excitation current waveform, a programmable dot matrix magnetic field generator is used for generating a programmable magnetic field, and an arc form and a motion trail are accurately controlled by an arc form and motion trail control method. 本发明涉及一种基于可编程点阵磁场的智能磁控电弧系统。针对电弧焊接过程中电弧形态、运动轨迹不能精确控制的难题,本发明公开了一种基于可编程点阵磁场的智能磁控电弧系统。该系统利用基于电弧信号和实时励磁电流信号融合反馈的励磁电流波形控制方法控制励磁电流波形,利用可编程点阵磁场发生器产生可编程磁场,利用电弧形态、运动轨迹控制方法精确控制电弧形态、运动轨迹。
