Abstract | The invention provides a three-column-groove shell finishing deformation method which comprises the following steps: S1, before the shell is finished, increasing a certain deformation amount for a small circle, a concave tangent circle and a large excircle of an inner cylindrical surface of the shell; and S2, when the shell is finished, a finishing female die with a certain die entering angle and height is adopted to extrude the shell, and a material is forced to generate large radial flow deformation while axial flow deformation is conducted. The method has the advantages that the inner cavity is fully filled after finishing, the reject ratio of products is reduced, the pressure for reversely extruding the punch is reduced, and the service life of the punch is prolonged.
本发明提供一种三柱槽壳体精整变形方法,包括如下步骤:S1,在壳体精整前,对壳体的内柱面小圆、凹面切圆和大外圆增加一定的变形量;S2,在壳体精整时,采用一定入模角度和高度的精整凹模对壳体进行挤压,迫使材料在轴向流动变形的同时,也产生较大的径向流动变形。本发明具有精整后内腔填充饱满,降低产品的不良率、减少反挤冲头的压力,延长冲头的使用寿命等优点。 |
