Abstract The invention discloses a large-span bridge pre-camber setting method, which comprises the following steps of: constructing a vehicle-rail-bridge coupling dynamic model, then setting a plurality of pre-camber design curves with different amplitudes as input excitation of the model, obtaining and analyzing each dynamic index through simulation calculation, and obtaining a first pre-camber curve for offsetting a train dynamic load; establishing a bridge finite element model, obtaining a range of bridge temperature load and joint probability distribution, determining a temperature load combination working condition according to the range of the temperature load, calculating temperature-induced deformation through the combination working condition, and obtaining a second pre-camber curve for counteracting the temperature-induced deformation of the bridge; the bridge shrinkage and creep deformation amplitude within the service life of the bridge is calculated through the bridge finite element model, a third pre-ca
