Abstract | The invention provides an automatic parameter adjustment method for a fixed code reader, and the method comprises the steps: firstly adjusting exposure and gain parameters in a parameter adjustment process, and obtaining a target gray value image; the sobel algorithm is utilized to calculate the image definition, the dichotomy is utilized to perform automatic focusing, and the voltage applied to the TLens is adjusted, so that the TLens is deformed to different degrees, the distance between the lens and the imaging surface is changed, and a clear image is obtained; then, taking a plurality of groups of images with different target gray values to try to decode under the mode of enabling the maximum decoding capability, and selecting a preprocessing algorithm according to a decoding result; then, carrying out a decoding rate test according to the successfully decoded target gray value image; and finally, selecting an optimal parameter according to a test result.
