Abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of aviation structure design, and particularly relates to a test piece for verifying influence of assembly stress on service life. Comprises: a test piece having a region of interest and a loading region; the installation part is provided with a region of interest and a loading region; wherein the region of interest of the test piece and the region of interest of the mounting piece are assembled through a fastener, and an assembly gap is formed at the assembly position; the loading area of the test piece and the loading area of the installation piece are used for applying loads.
